Builders — build on the trust layer
One handler. Governed agent. Running.
One handler. Governed agent. Running.
HUMΛN is the trust layer between people and AI. The SDK scaffolds identity, provenance, and routing; HumanOS enforces the policies you define — you write the product logic.
One-minute promise
Register, install @human/sdk, authenticate with a delegation token, and call a HUMΛN method against api.haio.run from a local TypeScript app.
The quickstart: sdk-dx-canon
We give every new builder a single path: sdk-dx-canon. Follow it and you will leave your first session with a runnable project that makes a real HUMΛN API call. The quickstart is short, opinionated, and repeatable so everyone lands in the same place: a working client app and a scoped credential you control.
Builder register — the concrete flow
- Open the Console and create an account.
- Create a project and give it a name. The portal then issues a delegation token scoped to that project and a list of allowed scopes (read, write, models, connectors). Tokens show their expiry and allowed rate limits at creation time.
- Rate limits are applied per delegation token. The portal shows the exact numeric quota for your project and options to upgrade or request changes.
- Copy the delegation token for local use. Tokens can be rotated or revoked from the project page.
Quickstart steps (sdk-dx-canon)
- Install:
npm install @human/sdk - Set your token:
export HUMAN_DELEGATION_TOKEN=your_token - Run a minimal TypeScript call that uses the SDK and host
api.haio.run. The SDK authenticates with the delegation token and respects the token scopes.
What the delegation token does
The delegation token is the single credential you need for local development. It is scoped to project capabilities and rate-limited at the token level. Treat it like any secret: store it in environment variables, rotate it if you suspect a leak, and grant only the scopes your app needs.
The builder front door
One host (api.haio.run), one TypeScript client (@human/sdk), one credential model (the delegation token). Builders ramp through the SDK, the CLI, connectors, and MCP using the same protocol and primitives.
